Promo codes guide

Promo codes let you claim configured rewards directly from the website dashboard.

Where to redeem a promo code

1. Sign in on the website.
2. Open Dashboard.
3. Go to the Promo codes tab.
4. Stay on the Home section.
5. Enter the code exactly as provided.
6. Click Redeem.

Enter the promo code without extra spaces. Hyphens are allowed.

What the Promo codes section contains

The promo code area has two main sections:

• Home, where you redeem a code and view your used promo code history
• Promo codes, where you browse promo codes that are currently visible in the public list

This means you can both claim new codes and review old rewards from the same dashboard tab.

Home section

The Home section contains:

• the promo code input field
• the Redeem button
• a short input hint
• your used promo code history

After a successful claim, the redeemed code appears in your history together with the date and its granted rewards.

Promo codes section

The Promo codes section shows public promo cards available on the site.

Each card can display:

• promo title or code
• current status
• available until date
• remaining uses or unlimited usage
• level requirement
• play-time requirement
• reward preview

Available promo codes can be copied directly from the card. Blocked cards cannot be copied.

Promo code statuses

These statuses are shown in the public promo code list and help explain why a code may or may not work.

Requirements

Some promo codes require:

• a minimum character level
• a minimum play time

If your account does not meet those conditions, the code is shown as unavailable and redemption will fail.

The exact requirements are shown on the promo card and inside the reward details modal.

Expiration and remaining uses

Promo codes can also be limited by:

• end date
• total number of uses

If a promo code has an expiration date, the card shows when it is available until.

If a promo code has a usage cap, the card shows the number of remaining activations. Some promo codes are marked as unlimited instead.

Rewards preview

Both public promo cards and used promo code history include a Rewards button.

Use it to open the full reward list and inspect:

• item icons
• item names
• quantities
• duration, if the reward is time-based

This is the fastest way to confirm what a promo code gives before or after redemption.

Used promo code history

The Home section stores your used promo code history.

For each redeemed code, you can review:

• code name or title
• claimed date
• code value
• reward list

This is useful when you want to verify whether a promo code was already used on your account.

Common redemption results

If redemption succeeds:

• the site confirms that the promo code was redeemed
• rewards are sent to the Cash Inventory
• the code appears in your used history

If redemption fails, the dashboard can show one of these results:

• Promo code not found
• Promo code is disabled
• Promo code is not available yet
• Promo code has expired
• You do not meet the promo code requirements
• Promo code was already used
• Promo code usage limit reached

Best practices

• Enter the code exactly as provided.
• Do not add extra spaces before or after the code.
• Check the public card for expiration and remaining uses.
• Review level and play-time requirements before redeeming.
• Redeem promo codes while signed in to the correct account.
• Open the Rewards view if you want the full item list before using the code.

Common questions

Where do promo code rewards go?

Successful promo code rewards are sent to the Cash Inventory.

Why does a promo code show as Unavailable?

Your account does not meet the configured requirements, such as minimum character level or minimum play time.

Why can I not use a public promo code anymore?

The most common reasons are:

• your account already redeemed it
• the usage limit was reached
• the promo code expired
• the promo code is currently disabled

How do I check whether I already used a code?

Open Dashboard > Promo codes > Home and review the used promo code history.

Can I see rewards before redeeming?

Yes. Public promo cards include a Rewards button that opens the full reward list.
