Top-up guide

Use the Donate page to create a payment invoice and top up your account.

Sign-in requirement

If you try to submit a top-up while not signed in, the site redirects you to Login with a return path back to Donate.

Where to top up

  1. Open the Donate page.
  2. Choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount.
  3. Select a payment method.
  4. Accept the donate rules.
  5. Click Create invoice.

The Donate page also includes a direct link to the donate rules.

Amount selection

The page supports two ways to choose the top-up amount:

  • preset amount buttons
  • custom amount input

The current minimum and maximum values are shown on the page and may change depending on active payment settings.

If you enter a custom amount, it must stay inside the current allowed range.

Bonus and summary

The Donate page calculates the result before payment.

The summary panel shows:

  • total currency you will receive
  • amount to pay
  • bonus percent
  • base amount and bonus amount

This helps you compare presets and decide whether a larger amount gives a better bonus.

Payment methods

The list of payment methods depends on what is currently enabled on the site.

If no payment methods are available, the page shows a temporary unavailable message and invoice creation is disabled.

Rules confirmation

You must accept the donate rules before creating an invoice.

If the rules checkbox is not accepted, the invoice request is rejected.

What happens after invoice creation

If invoice creation succeeds:

  • the invoice is created for the selected amount
  • the site may redirect you directly to the provider payment page
  • or it may keep you on the page and show a success notification, depending on the provider response

If a payment URL is returned by the provider, the redirect happens automatically.

Common top-up errors

Top-up can fail because:

  • you are not signed in
  • the rules checkbox was not accepted
  • the selected amount is below minimum or above maximum
  • the preset amount is invalid
  • invoice creation failed
  • the payment provider is temporarily unavailable

Check the notification shown by the page if something goes wrong.

Payment rules

The Donate page links to the donate rules section. Read them before paying.

Important points include:

  • donations support the project
  • donations do not override server rules
  • top-ups are treated under the donate rules

Best practices

  • Sign in before opening Donate if possible.
  • Compare preset amounts and bonus percentages first.
  • Check the summary before clicking Create invoice.
  • Use the payment method you actually intend to complete.
  • Read the donate rules before accepting them.

Common questions

Do I need to be logged in to top up?

Yes. If you submit the form while not signed in, the site redirects you to Login first.

Can I use a custom amount?

Yes, as long as it stays within the current min and max limits shown on the page.

What if I see no payment methods?

Payments are temporarily unavailable until at least one supported method is active again.

Will the site always redirect me after invoice creation?

Not always. If the payment provider returns a payment URL, the site redirects automatically. Otherwise it can stay on the page and show a success message.
